Areas of Support

How I Can Help

Every person who comes to counselling brings something different. Below are some of the areas I support most often - but if what you're experiencing isn't listed, please don't let that stop you from reaching out.

Bereavement

Losing someone brings grief that doesn't move in a straight line. I offer a gentle, unhurried space to talk about your loss, your memories, and the person you've lost - with no expectation to "move on" before you're ready.

Addiction & Addictive Behaviours

Whether it's substances, alcohol, or other addictive patterns, I offer a compassionate, judgement-free space to explore what's underneath the behaviour and support you in finding a way forward that feels right for you.

Anxiety & Stress

When worry or overwhelm start to take over daily life, counselling can offer a calmer perspective. Together we'll explore what's driving the anxiety and build gentle, grounding tools to help you feel more at ease.

Life Challenges

Redundancy, relationship breakdown, illness, big transitions - life doesn't pause for us to catch up. I provide steady, supportive space to process change and reconnect with your own resilience.

Men's Mental Health

Many men find it hard to find the space - or the words - to talk about how they're really doing. I offer a warm, non-judgemental environment where it's safe to open up, without pressure or expectation.

Feeling Stuck

Sometimes there isn't one big issue - just a sense of drifting, or being unable to move forward. Counselling can help you get curious about what's holding you back and find clarity on your next step.
